Virginia Barkey Virginia Barkey of Union, MO passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022. She is survived by two sons: Mike Barkey and wife Sharon of Sullivan, and Mark Barkey and wife Tammy of Tuscaloosa, AL.; four daughters: Nina Spinali of Washington, Kathy Barkey of St. Louis City, Barbara Horter of Union, and Chris Barkey and significant other Marty Signaigo of Labadie; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Arlene Weiss of St. Louis City; one brother, Thomas Griggs and wife Marion of TX.; and many other relatives and friends.
A private family burial will be held May 17, 2022 at Midlawn Memorial Gardens in Union, MO.
A Celebration of Life for 89-year-old Virginia Barkey will be held at a later date.
Memorials in honor of Virginia Barkey can be given to the donor’s charity of choice.
The Barkey Family is served by Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, MO.
