Pacific Man Charged with Stalking

A Pacific man has been arrested and charged after he violated a court order.  The suspect, 40-year old Joshua Rash Sr. of pacific was arrested following reports of him violating a Franklin County Full Order of Protection multiple times.  On March 13th the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office received an initial report stating Rash had been contacting the protected adult through text message, in person, and by e-mail.  They received another report of Rash violating the order on Saturday, March 31st.  Rash continued to harass the protected adult in person.  Franklin County Deputies located Rash later in the day at his home.  Rash admitted to violating the court order.  He was arrested and charged with first degree felony stalking.  Bond has been set at $25,000 cash only.
