Union Police are investigating a fatal drug overdose. Officers responded to a residence on Rosedale Avenue just before 9:30 pm on Friday for the overdose. Upon arrival they discovered a 35-year old Union man in the passenger seat of a vehicle. The man didn’t have a pulse and officers began administering CPR. The victim was transported to Mercy Hospital in Washington where he was pronounced dead. Officers found numerous drugs and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. The investigation into the overdose is ongoing.
