Paul L. Creek

Paul L. Creek, age 75, of New Haven, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017 at his home.

He was born on August 29, 1941 to the late William and Anna (nee Crider) Creek in St. Louis. Paul was united in marriage to Judy Jackson on December 10, 1960 at the Owensville Lutheran Church in Owensville, Missouri.

Paul was an avid outdoorsman and a talented auctioneer, he loved the unique and interesting items and antiques that would appear on the auction block. He also enjoyed attending the annual Threshers Association Picnic in Rosebud, where he would spend time appreciating the hit and miss engines. He was a heavy equipment operator for over 40 years.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 10 am at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Leslie. Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

Visitation will be on Thursday, April 20 from 4 until 8 pm at Miller Funeral Home. Memorial donations are appreciated to the Ebenezer Lutheran Church or Heartland Hospice.

Paul is survived by his wife, Judy Creek; three children, Linda Marts of Yorktown, Virginia, Larry and wife Nancy Creek of Laddonia, Missouri, and Kenneth and wife Kay Creek of St. Clair, Missouri; four siblings, Jerry Thompson of Florida, twin sister Pauline Wheeler of Belle, Missouri, Billie Ann Crossman of Washington, and William “Butch” and wife Mary Creek of Gorin, Missouri; six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; other relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Sam Creek; and two sisters, Erma Gardner and Maxine Schmitt.
