He is survived by his wife, Sheila Smith of Union, MO;
one daughter, Christina Smith of Fenton, MO;
one step-Son, Cameron Smith of Harvester, MO;
one step daughter, Jordan Smith of Union, MO.
Nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Friday, April 13, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Oltmann Funeral Home in Union, MO. Burial will be private.
Visitation for 54-year-old Terry Smith will be Friday from 5-6 p.m. at Oltmann Funeral Home, Union, MO.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Donor's Choice.
