Softball-Class 3 Sectional-Borgia 5 Festus 3.  The game was scoreless until the fourth inning when Festus grabbed a 2-0 lead.  Borgia tied it in the sixth when Josie Lindemann hit a two run homer.  In the seventh, Borgia sent eight batters to the plate and scored three runs.  Festus went down swinging.  The Tigers scored a run in the bottom of the seventh and had the bases loaded when Sara Hoffman hit a fly ball down the line in right field that was caught by Mya Hillermann.  Hoffmann suffered the loss.  She struck out 13 batters with two walks. Festus ends the season 18-9.  Elizabeth Lynchard was the winning pitcher.  The Knights advance to the quarterfinal and will host Cape-Notre Dame Saturday at 2:00.

Pacific 1 Union 0.  Dominic Curry scored 36-seconds into the second overtime with Chase Brakemeyer getting the assist.

Sullivan 10 Belle 0.  Jacob Rohrer and Jacob Miller scored three goals apiece.

St. Dominic 10 Borgia 0

Hannibal 6 Warrenton 1


Sullivan defeated Bourbon in straight sets.

Washington beat Owensville in two sets.

Hillsboro over St. Clair in three sets.
