RICHARD LOUIS TOBEN OBITUARY December 31, 1932 - September 20, 2022 Richard Toben, 89, of Washington, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2022. He is survived by one son, Mike Toben of Washington, Missouri; three daughters: Linda Mense and husband Daniel of Washington, Missouri, Patty Hennecke of Washington, Missouri, Kathy Rogers and husband Mike of St. Clair, Missouri; ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; one son-in-law, Casey Neiderhelm; many other relatives and friends. A Rosary will be prayed Friday, September 23, 2022 at 4:30 PM at Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, Missouri. Visitation will be held Friday, September 23, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Oltmann Funeral Home in Washington, Missouri. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church in Washington, Missouri, with Fr. Tony Ritter officiating. Burial will follow in Church cemetery with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Francis Borgia Food Pantry.
