Live, Lively & Local.  Tune in to the KLPW Morning Show weekdays from 7:45 to 10 with award-winning broadcaster Diane Jones.  The show features interviews with local elected officials from mayor to US Congress, as well as school superintendents, newsmakers, area non-profits and more.  Tune in to hear about upcoming local events, plus some great tunes.

Rocky joined Diane on December 21st to talk about not only his experiences as a hostage in Iran, but he also talked about the great work he does with Folds of Honor, which helps the families of fallen servicemen and women help pay for things such as college and other living expenses
Rocky is a former resident of Krakow, and worked for Anheuser Busch for many years bringing their products to soldiers overseas. Check out the audio file below for a great informative interview!

Interviews Coming up in March 2023:
March 6th: District 26th State Senator Ben Brown joins Diane at 9:20 to talk about everything going on in the State Senate. Listen in to be in the know with what is going on in state politics.

March 8th: Laura Amlong with the Franklin County Humane Society joins the show at 8:40 am to talk about all of the great adoptable pets that they have in their care that need a forever home. Also, she'll talk about all the items that you can donate to help the Humane Society take care of these great animals.

March 13th: Join us as we talk with Kathryn Gaither with the Union Chamber of Commerce about the new St. Paddy's Day Parade at 9:20 am. She'll talk about all the details of the parade as well as The Long Haul Service award nominations ahead of the award ceremony on May 18th. Listen to the interview to see how you can nominate someone for this award. 

March 15th: Tune in at 7:45 to hear the folks from Missouri Meershaum Corn Cob Pipes talk about all the different pipes and tobaccos they have. Also learn a bit about the history of the factory and who knows? maybe they'll have some seasonal flavors for St.Paddy's Day!

March 16th: Tune in at 8:15 to hear from Washington School District Superintendent Jennifer Kephart. She'll talk about all the different events and projects going on throughout the district. Then, tune in right after that at 8:40 to hear from Union School District Superintendent Dr. Scott Hayes. Tune in on the 16th to keep up with all things going on in these local school districts.

March 23rd: Tune in at 8:15 to hear from Joel Doepker and others from the Washington Rotary talk about the annual Radio Auction. Learn more about the different items on this year's auction and how you can sign up to bid on these items.

March 27th: Join us at 9:20 as we talk with 109th State Rep. Kyle Marquart. He'll talk with Diane about the hot topics in state politics. Tune in to be informed on what is going on in the poltical world of the Show Me State
