Monday October 3rd: Join Diane at 7:45 am as she talks with Jeanette Krupp, who will be biking across the Midwest to support her nonprofit "Stay Strong Krupp" and to raise awareness for substance abuse. Jeanette will be biking 450 miles across the Midwest, and she will be starting her journey that morning. Tune in for a great and informative interview!

Thursday October 6th: Join us at 7:45 am as we talk with Glenda Volmert who is with Franklin County CASA. CASA stands for Court Appointed Special Advocates For Children. Learn more during the segment about how CASA helps kids in the Franklin County area who are in a rough situation in the household. Also, we will have Conservation Agents Todd Wright and Ben Pursley talking about all things outdoors. Tune in to be informed on the upcoming Deer Season and what you need to do to be a safe, responsible hunter.  

Monday October 10th: Donna Grahl and students from St.Francis Borgia will come on the air at 7:45 am to talk about Borgia's annual "Giving Day". They will talk about the many different aspects of Giving Day, as well as how you can take part. Tune in to hear how the students of Borgia are giving back to the area. Also, please join us at 9:20 am the same day as we talk with Lisa Bell, who is going to be discussing National Bullying Awareness Month with Diane. 

Wednesday October 12th: 109th State Rep. Candidate Kyle Marquart comes on the air with Diane at 8:15 am to talk about the November General Election and to "Meet the Candidate". KLPW throughout many years and many elections has had elected officials on the air to inform voters so that they make a informed vote come election day.   

Friday October 21st: Tune in at 7:45 am as we talk with Kimberlyn McDonald with the Rotary Club of Union about their "Pennies for Polio" campaign. Learn more on the 21st about how you can contribute to this great campaign!
